Enterprise AI fails at scale because agents don't understand the data they're operating on: how it flows, what it means, who owns it, whether it's trusted, or what rules govern it. Euno solves this. We integrate across the modern data stack — lakes, warehouses, BI, ETL/ELT, data quality, DSPM, MDM — and automatically generate a unified context layer that captures lineage, definitions, usage, ownership, and governance. That context is surfaced in real time to any AI agent acting on enterprise data, enabling safe, accurate, and explainable execution at scale.
We're now building our founding sales team.
The Role
You'll own a territory of enterprise accounts (1,500+ employees) and drive new logo acquisition from first touch to close. Your buyers are data engineering and analytics leaders — technical, hands-on with the modern data stack, and directly accountable for making AI work in production. This is an early hire. You'll shape how we sell, what we build, and who joins next.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage pipeline across a defined enterprise territory
- Run full-cycle sales: discovery, demo, technical evaluation, procurement, close
- Partner with SEs on POCs and technical deep-dives with data and analytics engineering teams
- Develop champion and executive relationships across data orgs and the C-suite
- Maintain a clean, accurate forecast in CRM
- Bring field intelligence back to product and marketing: what's resonating, what's missing, what's next
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years closing enterprise SaaS deals, consistently at or above quota, with a track record of six-figure closes
- Experience selling into data infrastructure, analytics, or governance: data catalogs, BI, ETL, dbt ecosystem, observability, or similar
- Deep familiarity with the modern data stack is a must
- Ability to hold your own in technical conversations with data engineers and analytics engineers you don't need to write dbt models, but you need to understand why they matter
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with long procurement timelines
- Self-directed operator: you build your own plan, run your own process, and don't wait for permission
- Energized by ambiguity: early-stage means building the plane while flying it — that should excite you, not scare you
- NYC-based or willing to work hybrid from our NYC office (remote considered for the right candidate)
