As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll be among the first engineers at euno.ai, playing a key role in designing, developing, and scaling our core systems. You’ll work closely with product and design to turn ideas into features, influence architectural decisions, and help lay the groundwork for future growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, fast-moving team where your impact will be immediate and meaningful.

What You’ll Do:

• Backend Development: Build and maintain robust, scalable backend services in Python.
• Product Partnership: Collaborate with product management to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Data Modeling: Use graph databases (like Neo4j) to model complex data relationships.
• AI Integration: Explore and apply cutting-edge LLMs to enhance the product experience.
• DevOps: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and ensure high system availability.
• Technical Leadership: Define best practices, mentor teammates, and grow into a leadership role as the team expands.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of backend development experience, some in Python
• Proven experience building and maintaining SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, software engineering, and data engineering principles
• Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A team player who brings positivity, curiosity, and drive

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working with LLM in production
• Familiarity with data warehouses and tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau
• Experience with React and full-stack development
• Experience with Go/C++/Java/C#
• Proven knowledge of graph databases
• A relevant academic background in Computer Science or Engineering
